I have already purchased an activation code

To enter a purchased activation code, launch BluePhoneElite. When the Trial Period dialog appears (immediately after launch), click the Enter Code button. Copy and paste your email address and code from the activation email that you were sent.

If you receive an invalid code error when activating BluePhoneElite, check that the email address you enter matches the email address that you provided during your purchase (capitalization matters).

If you have lost your activation code or are unsure of the email address you used during your purchase, log into your account and click Email Codes next to your purchase. If no purchases are displayed in your account, you may have created two accounts. Log out and try logging in again using a different email address.

If you do not remember the email address or password for the account you created, try entering any possible addresses you may have used into the Lost Password feature on the account page of the web site.

If you are still unable to retrieve your activation code, contact customer support with any information you may have entered during your purchase such as billing address, invoice number, PayPal transaction ID or the last 4 digits of the credit card you used.

I have not purchased an activation code

BluePhoneElite is available as a free download and is fully functional for limited trial period. Once the trial period has expired, BluePhoneElite will not launch without an activation code. Activation codes are available for purchase from the web site. If you require a trial extension, contact customer support.

If an activation code has not been entered, BluePhoneElite will display a dialog on every launch. The dialog will display the time remaining in the trial period.
