Using the Call Center

To open the Call Center, select Call Center (⌘1) from the Window menu. You can also set up a HotKey in the preferences to perform this action from any application.

1) On the left side of the window are the call filters. Selecting a call filter will cause only the calls matching the filter to be displayed in the call list. If no call filter is selected, all calls are displayed in the call list.

2) Use the options menu in the top of the call filters list to add or remove call filters (or control-click in the filter list). To edit a call filter, use the options menu or double-click the filter in the list.

4) Select a call in the call list to view it in the Call Center. Use the Delete key or the Delete toolbar button to remove calls from the Call Center.

List columns can be customized from the View menu or by control-clicking on the column names.

5) Double-click a call in the call list or click the Edit button in the call view to open the call in a new window. You can edit a call's notes from the new call window.

Font sizes in the Call Center can be adjusted from the Advanced preferences.
